Release Form

1. I (client of scriptproof.com) warrant and acknowledge that the Material I
am submitting is owned by me.  I am the present and sole owner of the matieral and have all right and authority to submit and convey this material to you. I submit my Material to you
(Scriptproof.com / Keil Troisi) to request that you read it and for editorial and creative services to be
rendered by you in reference to the submitted work.
2. I understand that I retain all ownership of the submitted material, and of
the editorial and creative products produced by you in reference to my
submitted Material.  I retain all rights to submit the Material to persons
other than you.
3. I have retained at least one copy or duplicate of the Material that I have
submitted to you, and release “Scriptproof / Keil Troisi” from any and all
liability for loss of, or damage to, the copies of the Material submitted.
4. I agree that you have no obligations to me except as set forth in this
Agreement (in reference to services ordered, on the order form), and no
other obligations shall exist or shall be deemed to exist. No fiduciary or confidential relationship exists between us, and I understand that you would refuse to accept and perform services on this material in the absense of my acceptance of this agreement.
5. You will not use the Material in any way except to perform services
described on the order form as requested by me, unless you and I agree
upon such.
6. If any elements of my Material are not original, unique, or novel and/or
in the public domain, I agree that you have the right to use such elements
without any obligation to me. I ackowledge that you receive numerous unsolicited submissions of ideas and stories and that many such submissions received by you are
similar  to one another.  I agree that I will not be entitled to any
compensation because of the use by you of any such similar or identical mate-
rial.

7. I understand that you will keep the contents of my Material in
confidentiality.
8. In the event of any dispute arising out of (a) any alleged wrongful use
of Material or (b) this Agreement, then such dispute shall be submitted to
arbitration California. Each party waives the rights to seek
personal litigation or damages against the other. I agree to give you written notice by registered mail of any claim arising in
connection with said material or arising in connection with this agreement. I hereby acknowledge and agree that there are no prior agreements in effect between you and me pertaining to
said material, or pertaining to any material (including, but not limited to,
agreements pertaining to the submission by me of any ideas, formats, plots,
characters).
